Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Ridge Toys does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or items that are no longer wanted. Blind boxes, mystery boxes, and other randomized products are also final sale; receiving an item, character, color, or variation you were not hoping for does not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund when applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the error is ours.
